Typical webs sites have one html file for each view that a visitor sees per web page.  These web pages stay the same until you manually edit them and change the content. Usually you need to contact the company that created your web site to update the pages at an additional cost or learn how to edit html code and do it yourself.

Dynamic Web sites operate much differently. There is not a one to one relationship between the web page displayed to a visitor to your site. The pages are created from information stored in your database and the web page is created on the fly with the most up to date information, since the page is create only when the page is shown.

A very simple web form is used to update your information allowing your or your staff to quickly and easily update the contact on your web site any time day or night.
